Joanne has been involved at grassroots level in the food industry her whole life. With first-hand experience in working with various sized entities from SMEs to multi-national and blue-chip companies in Northern Ireland, ROI and UK. Joanne has extensive experience working in and with family businesses.
Joanne has led a product development initiative to successfully launch NI food products into the English grocery market, namely with Waitrose. This required tenacity and perseverance and bringing influencing skills to bear.
Joanne also has European experience working as a marketing supplier, product development and project management to Fritolay.
